In this section you'll find information on the various keyboards owned and used by ESTECHO. Some of them are fairly common, such as the Korg PolySix and Roland SH-101, while others are relatively rare and seldom seem outside of Japan, like the Ace Tone PS-1000 and the Columbia/Denon Elepian electric pianos. A few ESTECHO keyboards are missing from this page; they were used for our first two releases but unfortunately they're in storage back in Montreal, Canada, so we don't have access to them presently.
If you're interested in repairing/servicing vintage analog synths, we recommend reading the PS-1000 monosynth page, which is a detailed log of a fairly complex repair procedure involving many parts of the circuit (power supply, VCO, VCF, etc.), all done without schematics. Furthermore, you can find the same kind of info for classic transistor combo organs if you head to the Ace Tone Top-9 page.
Coming soon, a detailed page on the very elusive Japanese Wurlitzer-like electric piano, the Columbia Elepian.
